Are you a shop?

Unfortunately we are not a shop! JillyBeads is an internet retailer and as such our premises are set up as a warehouse and not to enable products to be viewed by customers who call in. We appreciate that customers often like to be able to see and feel the items they’re thinking of buying and offer opportunity to do this at our weekly drop in Bead Club on a Thursday, 10.30 a.m. – 12.30 p.m..  If this time is inconvenient for you we also welcome customers on an appointment basis. If you’d like to do this, contact us and arrange to visit.

Can I come and collect my order?

Although we are not open to the public we do sometimes have requests from people local and/or passing customers to pick their order up. To collect your order, select shipping method “Click & Collect ” at checkout. You will then be able to pick it up after 3pm on the next working day. To make any alternative arrangements,contact us. You can also choose to pay at the point of picking up by selecting “Cheque” or “Telephone” payment option, but as these order’s won’t normally be picked or packed until payment is received, please contact us to arrange a time to pay and pick up.

Do you sell wholesale?

At JillyBeads we sell Swarovski® Wholesale Factory Packs, which are available to buy on the website here – Swarovski Wholesale Factory Packs. Factory pack prices are VAT inclusive and are not subject to any further discount, unless stated. Popular lines are stocked all the time with less popular ones normally available for dispatch within 2-5 working days. We can order any item from Swarovski®, even if you can’t find it on our pages, with the same dispatch times – just contact our Swarovski Team on 01524 412728 for a price quote.
We also sell some of our Findings in bulk packets. These can be found on the website here – Bulk Buy Findings.

A lot of our products have pricing options if you are buying over a certain quantity, for example all of our Swarovski® Xilions.

Do you have a catalogue?

Unfortunately no! This is because we are constantly updating the stock, something we pride ourselves on. The website is upgraded almost daily – to either add new products, remove those that are sold out or to renew images for new deliveries that vary slightly from the previous batch. This gives us a lot of freedom to dynamically alter the product range – so a catalogue would be impossible to maintain as it would always be out of date and you would miss out on brand new products and offers available. Prices are also kept down as catalogues are expensive to create. We are always on the lookout for new, interesting and useful products – and especially like to follow up on a challenge set by a customer so if there is something you are looking for please give us a ring on 01524 412728 or email us at [email protected]

Are your products nickel free?

All of the products featured on the website fully comply with the E.U. Nickel Directives. This is in line with the EU law passed in 2000, stating that any item intended to come into direct and prolonged contact with the skin must contain less than 0.05% Nickel.
