JillyBeads Ltd is a family run business, based in the north of England, formed out of a love for beads and jewellery making, together with a desire to run an ebusiness.
Printed Catalogue : We do not produce one! This is because we are constantly updating the stock. The website is upgraded almost daily - to either add new products, remove those that are sold out or to renew images for new deliveries that vary slightly from the previous batch. This gives us alot of freedom to dynamically alter the product range - so a catalogue would be impossible to maintain. Prices are also kept down as catalogues are expensive to create.

To make a purchase, browse through the beads and other items, adding those you wish to purchase to the basket. When finished click on 'Checkout', and you will be asked for the details necessary to complete the order.
There is no minimum order charge, and postal prices start at just 48pence.
Payment can be made using credit card, debit card, PayPal, cheque or postal order.
Credit Card : We accept all major credit card and debit cards - Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Delta, Solo, Electron and JCB. Credit Card details can be entered during the checkout process, and are processed on a secure server. Alternatively, you can call us with your card details, on 01524 412728.
PayPal : Payments can be made using PayPal - this option is selected at checkout under Payment Method.
Personal Cheque : If you wish to pay be cheque, place your order online , selecting 'Cheque' under Payment Method. Submit your order to us and then send off payment. Your items will be despatched once the cheque has cleared.

Postal Order : Similarly, we also accept payment by postal order - just follow the same method as for payment by Personal Cheque
Phone Orders : Orders can also be placed by phoning us on 01524 412728. Alternatively, order can be placed through the website and payment made over the telephone (use 'By Telephone' as Payment Method).
Discounts : a discount of 5% is applied when the total of goods (including VAT) exceeds £50.00. A discount of 10% is applied when the value of goods (including VAT) exceeds £100.00. Discounts do not apply to the postage, packing or VAT on the postage & packing.
Mail is delivered using the Royal Mail. The exact weight of the order is calculated during checkout, so that the postage charge can be accurately determined. A Handling Charge of 70p is made to cover packaging materials.
Every effort is made to package up all items in such a way as to ensure that they arrive with you in perfect condition. We aim to despatch within 2 working days of receipt of payment. The parcel will be shipped according to the shipment instruction that you provide with the order. Orders are shipped using the Royal Mail.
It is possible to opt for either :-
* First Class Post
* Recorded Signed For - in UK this costs an extra 65 pence.
* Special Delivery Next Day - all orders received by 12:30pm selecting this option, will be delivered the following business day before 1:00pm (nb. Saturday is not considered by the Royal Mail as a business day).

Payments may be made with Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch, Electron, JCB and Solo cards. All transactions take place over a secure server (via secure socket layer or 'SSL'). This is very safe. All information is encrypted during processing and are not held in clear text on any web site. JillyBeads never has access to your credit card number.

We know that some people prefer not to enter credit card details into a form on the Internet. As an alternative, you may telephone us with credit card information. Firstly, place an order through the website and select 'Cheque' as Payment Method. Then please call us on 01524 412728 (from outside UK +44 1524 412728).
We want you to be completely happy with your purchases, and therefore offer a 100% refund if you are not satisfied.
Items can be returned if they were damaged in shipping, not of sufficient quality or simply something that you do not like.
If there has been a mixup with your order, please notify us straight away. We try really hard to despatch everything accurately, but occasionally a mistake is made. In this case, every effort is made to rectify the situation as quickly as possible.
Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We strive to use suppliers and manufacturers who provide consistent product quality. However, sometimes items differ radically from one delivery to the next. In this case, we update the images on the website - or move them to the Clearance section.

Hours : Our normal working hours are Monday to Thursday, 9:30am to 4:30pm, Friday 9:30am to 1:00pm. However, we are often contactable outside these hours - especially by email. If you leave an answer machine message, during the evenings or at the weekend, it will be processed on the next business day.

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option.Data collected by this site is used to:

JillyBeads takes pride in our reputation for quality and service. If, for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to help you with a prompt exchange or refund.
Goods should be returned to the following address, in a condition fit for resale, within 30 days of the date of receipt. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Refunds can only be given on items received by us. We therefore suggest a form of recorded postage when returning items. Please quote the JillyBeads Order Number in a cover note, along with any returns.
Under the UK Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from the day after the day of receipt of the goods without giving a reason.
If your order has been confirmed, but you have not yet received the items, you can change or cancel your order by e-mailing us at info@jillybeads.co.uk or by telephoning us on +44 (0) 1524 412728.
If your order has been despatched, you will also need to return the cancelled item(s) at your own expense to the address given above. We will refund the order or relevant part of it, including the original delivery charge to you if the whole order is returned, as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days of cancellation.
If you cancel your order and we do not receive the item back from you, we may arrange to collect the item from you at your cost.
